Strap issues

It’s very cute and mostly as advertised. The inner lining was a different color/pattern than pictured (I still thought it was cute). The strap buckle isn’t very tight, so it keeps slipping out while I’m wearing it. It fell off while I was wearing it at the store yesterday. The strap also isn’t as long as I thought it would be, I’m 5’4 and it doesn’t sit low on the hip like pictured on the model. It comes up too far under my arm for my liking. All that said, I’ll still use it because it does look super cute. I just may have to ditch the strap and use the handle.

I really like bag. It has a burnt wood smell which is not gone. I have left it outside and in my garage. I haven’t used it yet due to the odor but am looking forward to using it.
