RETURn/Exchange request form
We gladly accept returns and exchanges in accord with our return policy within 30 days of your receipt of the item. Refunds for returns will be issued in the form of store credit.

Exchanges and Returns for store credit are always free!
Simply fill out the form above or email us the reason for your return, name, and order number. If your order qualifies for a return, we will send you a pre-paid label to send the item back to us. As soon as we receive your item we will email you a gift card in the amount of your original order (minus original shipping fee).
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of fulfillment of the order. Item must be in original condition.
We offer FREE exchanges and FREE returns for store credit on all clothing items (dresses, skirts, pants, blouses).
When a return is made, a gift card will be issued in the original amount paid (minus original shipping fee).
For example: If original order is $100 + $10 shipping, $100 will be refunded in the form of store credit. We will cover costs to ship item back to us.
Exclusions - the following are non-refundable:
Final Sale items (noted as "FINAL SALE" in product description) cannot be returned.
Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Yes! The quickest way to get the size you need is to initiate a return on the item you have and place a new order for the size you would prefer. If you need assistance with sizing, please contact us and we are happy to help.
You are welcome to return orders purchased from outside the USA for a full refund, but we do not cover the cost of return shipping from outside the United States. Please use the "Return/Exchange Request Form" above and we will provide you with instructions on how to mail back your item.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- Purchases made with a Village Green gift card can be returned within 30 days and will receive a gift card in the return amount.

We offer international shipping which includes shipping, duties, and taxes – no other fees will be charged after checkout. The amount charged is calculated based on the shipping fee (this changes based on the size of the shipment and typically ranges from $30 to $50) plus actual duties and taxes.
