Returns are always free!
Simply fill out the form above or email us the reason for your return, name, and order number. If your order qualifies for a return, we will send you a pre-paid label to send the item back to us. As soon as we receive your item we will refund your original form of payment.
We glady accept returns within 30 days of fulfiillment of the order. Item must be in original condition.
Exclusions - the following are non-refundable:
Final Sale items (noted as "FINAL SALE" in product description) cannot be returned.
Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Yes! The quickest way to get the size you need is to initiate a return on the item you have and place a new order for the size you would prefer. If you need assistance with sizing, please contact us and we are happy to help.
You are welcome to return orders purchased from outside the USA for a full refund, but we do not cover the cost of return shipping from outside the United States. Please use the "Return/Exchange Request Form" above and we will provide you with instructions on how to mail back your item.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- Purchases made with a Village Green gift card can be returned within 30 days and will receive a gift card in the return amount.
